We, Tokyo Boxing Club, provide enjoyable, safe and healthy training environment for all members regardless of their age, gender (gender identity), nationality or any other backgrounds. Since we focus on non-professional boxers, our trainers are familiar with teaching beginners and some of us speak in English. We do not have trendy training methods such as sweating in the dark, or the latest equipment that is complicated to use. We offer rather simple and traditional training like you can imagine from the famous boxing movie, “ROCKY” (of course, the training program and intensity are not the same). The gym is decorated in a cool, movie-like style, with full of cool music and friendly atmosphere.

Concept

  • Safe space
  • Safe space

We opened Tokyo Boxing Club during the period of the pandemic of COVID-19 in 2021, hoping to support local residents who were struggling with isolated lifestyle or gaining weight caused by the remote-working due to the pandemic. We focus on safe space for all members to enjoy and focus on their training. The gym is equipped with high performance ventilation systems and independent unit showers with changing room.

  • Goal achievement of each member
  • Goal achievement of each member

We understand each member has different aim and goal. Our mission is to support our members to achieve their own goals. Since we love boxing, we are happy to help you achieve your various goals and objectives (to improve your physical fitness, lose weight, become stronger at boxing, etc.) through boxing.

  • Diverse community
  • Diverse community

The gym space is a community. We are committed to making our gym a beloved community for our members of all ages, genders (gender identity), nationalities and social backgrounds. With the pandemic of COVID-19, many people have lost the opportunity for real communication, and this has caused loneliness and stress among people. We invite you to become a member of our gym and help our community thrive!
